Declaration agreement

I agree that company Nokian Tyres s.r.o., located in Prague 4, V Parku 2336/22, postal code 148 00, Identification Number 457 94 375 and Nokian Reifen AG, located in Täfernstrasse 2, CH-5405 Baden, CHE-106.468.187. manages, processes and stores my personal data provided in the questionnaire and attached files in accordance with law no. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection in the European Union / Finland / the Czech Republic/Switzerland and that my data can be accessed by the managing and HR personnel of Nokian Tyres s.r.o., Czech Republic, Nokian Reifen AG, Switzerland and Nokian Renkaat Oyj, Finland.

I agree furthermore that the data will be processed in the job seekers and/or employees database of Nokian Tyres until, whichever is the latest, I explicitly request deletion thereof or until my employment relationship with Nokian Reifen AG is terminated. I certify that the information provided in the questionnaire and attached files are accurate and truthful.
